IT WAS RESOLVED THAT BY VIRTUE OF PARTS IV, VII AND VIII OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1993 (ACT 462) AND THE “GUIDELINES FOR CHARGING OF FEES FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND FACILITIES AND GRANTING OF LICENCES AND PERMITS BY METROPOLITAN/MUNICIPAL/DISTRICT ASSEMBLIES”, THE FOLLOWING FEES BE CHARGED AND LEVIED BY THE LEDZOKUKU-KROWOR MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 1ST JANUARY, 2012 TO 31ST DECEMBER, 2012.
