The Basic schools in the Ledzokuku-krowor Municipal Assembly (LEKMA) yesterday marked the My First Day at school at their various schools.
The schools were visited by a team made up of the Municipal Co-ordinating Director, The Municipal Education Director, The LEKMA GES Officials and the school feeding Officials. Also present were officials from the Bayport saving and Loans Company Limited.
Mrs. Nancy Moira Ewa the MCD of LEKMA asked the pupils to be punctual at school, take their studies serious and to read more. She noted that it will be of their own benefit if they do not engage in activities that will not help them in anyway.
The Municipal Education Director, Mr. Yaw Fosu Danquah encouraged the pupils and task them to study hard as they are the future leaders and the hope the country.
The team from Bayport savings and loans refreshed the pupils with drinks and biscuits.
