•Mission

Work in collaboration with all partners in the health sector and municipality to ensure that every individual, household and community in Ledzokuku- Krowor is adequately informed about health and has equitable access to high quality health and related  interventions.

•Vision

Well equipped, maintained, and accessible facilities with competent and highly- motivated staff providing quality health care services in collaboration with stakeholders to all in the Municipality

OBJECTIVES

•Bridge the equity gaps in access to health care & nutrition services & ensure sustainable financing arrangements that protects the poor •Strengthen governance & improve efficiency & effectiveness of the health systems •Intensify Prevention & Control of communicable & non-communicable diseases & promote health life styles. •Improve nutritional care including health service delivery.
